Rockhampton Boarding Kennels & Cattery is the place to leave your four-legged canine friends for the best pet care and accommodation in Central Queensland. Established over 40 years ago, we are Rockhampton's largest boarding kennel and we were the first boarding kennels and cattery to exist in Rockhampton.

We care for dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments, with small dogs having their own individual complex away from the complex for bigger dogs. The small and medium-sized dogs are kennelled in fully-enclosed complexes with breeze ways, allowing for a cool environment. Our large dogs are in very large, spacious complexes, fully roofed and sheltered. They also have access to a cooling environment in spacious, open-air kennels.

There are multiple large, shady exercise yards for all dogs to enjoy during the day. Our exercise yards are available for dogs to romp and play, or just have their own time with themselves or their home mates. These large yards are fully secured with concrete and heavy duty mesh over 1.9 metres. Again, fully shaded with shady trees and access to many water troughs throughout the yards.

We spend a lot of time with special needs pets requiring that bit of extra socialising at no extra cost. Normally the dogs are quite excited at their return visits. For meal time, dogs are fed good-quality food. These are just a few of the reasons customers often comment why we are Rockhampton’s preferred accommodation for their pets.

Vaccinations Required

• C5 minimum vaccine required for dogs (must be 12-monthly with a current vet-certified certificate)
• Recommend heartworm treatment for all dogs
• Recommend an all-worm treatment for all dogs
• Recommend flea & tick treatment for all dogs
